Apparently i am the first person to break 2 of these shafts, actualy said im the first to break one of these. after a few minute phone conversation, we werent sure what to do since there was a conflict of preferred reimbursment. So, he calls me back after a couple minutes and tells me that they will build me a 1pc steel. Cool, im happy with that. Says i wont break this one (of course, the alum was supposed to hold 800 lbs tq, so...) i seriously doubt ill break this though. So, i will be the first to test this out, and ill will keep you guys posted with any new info i get on it. hopefully i will have it next week, maybe the following if things are slow, but thats ok, i need to replace some sensors, clean things, etc. Powertrain is still a great company to work with, their customer service is great. well, ill keep you guys posted, and post pics of both the broken driveshaft and the steel one once the pics are taken.
